It’s been a busy and exciting year at Octave.
We constructed over 150 lots in various sizes, from townhouse blocks through to large lifestyle lots, accommodating the needs of all our Octave residents.
In November, we welcomed future residents in Stages 1 and 2 and celebrated the recent settlements together.
The beautiful bespoke entry feature to the community and landscape outcome across Stages 1 and 2 has been delivered. The construction of Harmony Park is also well underway.
We look forward to welcoming more residents to Octave in the New Year.
