When will the park and open reserve be built?

The local park and conservation reserve central to the site is programmed for construction with the delivery of Stage 5

What’s the proposal for the surrounding areas of the estate? Will the walkways/horse track continue past or just end at our estate?

Public open space runs adjacent to Botanic Drive which will incorporate an equestrian trail. The Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) for the area shows this trail being extended to the west of the Botanic Gardens however, this is subject to approval of the relevant land-owners. The PSP also shows the bike and walking paths connecting with the surrounding developments. The PSP can be accessed at https://vpa.vic.gov.au/project/botanic-ridge-precinct-structure-plan/
