Where is the estate?
Octave is located in Junction Village, next to the entrance of the Royal Botanic Gardens Cranbourne. Neighbouring suburbs include Botanic Ridge, Cranbourne & Clyde. The location borders the garden and existing residential making it a truly unique new development.

What does the suburb of Junction Village have to offer?
Junction Village has:
- Playground just a few minutes walk from Octave
- Recreation reserve with covered playground and oval
- Shops including Junction Village Milk Bar, a butcher, bottle shop and hair salon located on “”The Arcade”
Octave is also just around the corner from a 7-Eleven, Car Mechanic, Garden Supplies and Lighthouse Christian College. Junction Village is a 3- minute drive from the convenience of established Cranbourne with a major shopping centre, a variety of education options, medical facilities and world class sporting facilities.
What future amenity is planned nearby?
Directly south of Octave is Acacia, another new community development. Acacia has:
- Brand new Botanic Ridge Primary School, opened Term 1 2020
- Future Town Centre with Coles Supermarket and specialty stores
