What is the process to purchase a lot?
It’s a good idea to arrange your finance pre-approval to establish your budget before you start your home selection research. We will then assist you to select an available lot that meets your needs and you will pay a $1000 holding deposit. To formalise the sale, a deposit of 5% deposit of the total purchase price of the land is paid and we sign the contract documentation. You’ll then need to engage a settlement agent/solicitor who will handle the paperwork and clarify any special terms and conditions. They will also manage everything once you block has been constructed and it is time to ‘settle’ on your block by paying the balance and taking ownership.
