Our Octave project in Junction Village has been shortlisted for the Residential Subdivision Award.
Each year the UDIA awards recognise quality and innovation in the urban development industry, recognising excellence in residential and masterplanned developments, sustainability, affordability, urban renewal, as well as high and medium density developments.
Octave is a premium address in Melbourne’s Southeast and a stellar demonstration of the quality Jinding strives to deliver. Featuring 321 homes, located next to the award-winning and conservation-focused Royal Botanic Gardens Cranbourne (RBGC), the 29-hectare development provided a unique opportunity to create a range of stunning green spaces for residents and the community.
