We are thrilled to share this update for Stages 1,2 & 3 at Octave, Junction Village.
Practical Completion has been achieved on Stage 1 at Octave, Junction Village. Over the next month, Authority Approvals will be conducted to ensure the subdivision is delivered in line with the approved design plans. Settlements are anticipated for late June 2021.
Stage 2 is also progressing well with the final installations of asphalt and footpaths underway. Settlements are anticipated to take place in July 2021.
Construction has now officially commenced on Stage 3 with the initial site establishment progressing well.
