So much is happening at Octave!
>Stages 1, 2 & 3
With Stage 3 beginning to settle in January, over the past months, the first homes in the estate have been well underway at Stages 1, 2 and 3.
>Stage 4
Earthworks are now completed, along with sewer and drainage. Works have now commenced to prepare the ground, construct lower layers of the road pavement, install water and gas mains, and construct kerb and channel.
With titles anticipated in Q3 2022, Octave will be ready to welcome another 72 new homes.
>Stages 5 & 6
Earthworks are largely complete, with sewer and drainage works well underway.
At Stage 7, planning is in full swing, and we will keep you updated as works progress.
