So much is happening at Octave!
Over the past months, the first homes in the estate continued to take shape at Stages 1, 2 and 3.
Stage 4 road boxing, kerb and channel works is now complete. Electrical and telecommunication services installation is close to completion, with footpaths and asphalt construction currently underway.
With Stage 4 Titles anticipated in mid-late Q3 2022, Octave will be ready to welcome another 72 new homes. Stage 4 lots are expected to be ready for valuation in mid-July and soil testing in mid-late Q3 2022.
Stages 5 and 6 earthworks is now complete, with sewer and drainage works close to completion. Road boxing, kerb and channel works is currently in progress.

Upon completion, this superb park featuring a beautifully landscaped 1.05-hectare reserve will provide vast green spaces, as well as exciting recreational equipment suitable for children of all ages, including:

-Log steppers and spinners, a balance beam, rocker and more
