It’s been a hive of activity here! Despite some recent wet weather, we are pleased to share with you some steady progress at Octave.
Over the past months, the first homes in the estate continued to take shape at Stages 1, 2 and 3.
Practical Completion Inspection has taken place for Stage 4 lots.
With Titles and settlements targeted in September 2022, Octave will be ready to welcome another 72 new homes.
Sewer and drainage works are complete. Road boxing, kerb and channel works are close to completion. Electrical works are underway. Titles for Stages 5 & 6 are anticipated in Q4 2022.
At Stage 7, civil works are expected to commence in the coming weeks, with Title anticipated in Q1 2023.
